Beware Tomtop - liars and crooks.
I bought and paid for a Sculpfun 20w Max Pro laser and accessories AUD$1277. It was shipped but was lost in Australia by Australia Post who investigated and provided me with a Case Number to give to Tomtop. They advised that Tomtop will seek recompense from Australia Post and I should request a new product be sent by Tomtop. Which I did. Tomtop are evasive and dodgy as hell.
Now, 3 months later, after many lame excuses they advise that they have been in touch with Australia Post - not true - and the goods are at a local post office - not true - and I should be patient and wait for delivery. l would sue them if they were in Australia but can do little except take every opportunity via social media to publicise their cheating, deceitful practices.

Out of pocket $1277. Beware of Tomtop.
I ordered and paid for a Sculpfun laser and accessories. Cost $1277. When I eventually got tracking data from Tomtop I tracked the goods to Australia Post facility. Queries to Auspost revealed they have lost the goods. They provided a case number for me to give Tomtop so that they could settle between them. In this case Auspost is the delivery agent of Tomtop and I have no personal claim against Auspost.
Tomtop have behaved abominably for 3 months, simply refusing to provide any meaningful answers to my multiple queries. All they will say is "sorry dear, please be patient". Now 3 months later they send a reply saying the parcel is at my local post office and I should wait for it. I do not believe that they are anything other than deceitful and petty. They have no interest whatsoever in sending me the goods I have paid for.
Be warned - stay away from these dishonest, uninterested and deceitful people. Tomtop should not be in business.
