K&F- Do not trust their return policy
Purchased an item from K&F and accidentally put a quantity of 2. I contacted them multiple times immediately after placing the order to see if they could fix it before shipping out my item but only got a canned response in which they said they were looking into it. It did not get fixed on their end, and they shipped out 2 items. They do have a window during which you can send items back for a refund, so I figured I would simply return the item. When I contacted them to ask about the return process, they told me it was too much money for them to pay for me to ship the item back to China, and I would have to pay for it. But they still did not provide me with any information about how to return the item. I contacted them multiple times to follow up in the return window, and they continued to send canned messages or not respond at all, and they essentially let the return period expire so I couldn't return my item for a refund.
