If I could give "0" stars I would. We arranged a hotel stay that was paid up front and our plans had changed. We tried cancelling the stay 3 weeks before the actual date it was booked for. They do not make it easy to contact them. The website request was denied on Sept 29th and directed us to contact the hotel directly. We contacted the hotel and stated the reservation was cancelled on their side but a refund had to be issued by Agoda since they don't receive those funds. Numerous calls to Agoda and they told us they needed an email from the manager of the Hotel to approve the refund. They stated they would call back and never did. We have contacted them again and again with different excuses from Agoda Customer Care team. Still no refund and now its past the date of the booking. These guys are scammers. Don't Trust them.
