Horrible experience, fraudulent leads!
Oct 2022 I paid this company $299 as a startup fee to receive real estate leads that they claim are coming from social media ads that they run. The startup fee is supposed to be refunded at the first closing for one of these leads. The issue is the leads are ALL FAKE. Bad email addresses, fake phone numbers.....13 leads, 1 was a valid number but was not looking in my area. One man told me he had been getting calls for some one else at his number several times a day for months. He was in a nursing home & didnt know how to stop the calls. I reported to Regentology but no idea if they took action, This has to be illegal. These leads are supposed to be validated but there is no way they are validated......THIS IS A 100% SCAM! I would not only like my $299 refunded immediately I have filed a Better Business Bureau complaint which they have not responded to . STAY AWAY FROM REGENTOLOGY! No stars
