Impossible to use the tool for more…
Impossible to use the tool for more than 10 minutes at once. I've used them before and it was fine-ish, but their server keeps crashing when you try to use the tool you bought. It's horrendous. Support hasn't answered a single message I sent them in 2-3 weeks, just look at how defensive they get replying to one star reviews and it all makes sense at the end of the day. Would be better off throwing money out the window than buying any of their "tools".
