Do not use this company
This company is exceptionally helpful until they got your money. I understand that selling on my behalf does not necessarily happen overnight; but the communication is absolutely appalling. I’m waiting for many replies from SMTN for weeks now, no matter I use the best option to raise my enquiries via my log in details/my portal. Walk as fast and far as possible away from SMTN. Replying to your reaction to my review: I always use the method you are suggesting: Messages within my SMTN portal and the customer care email address. Since your reply on Trustpilot I sent you a new email. I shared with you that I would appreciate if you can call me instead. I live in the UK. I do not expect your response immediately, but there is so many unanswered emails or messages within the portal. Please contact me as a matter of urgency as I do not feel supported by SMTN at all, since I paid you the fees for doing so.
