Kobayashi Maru -
It felt like the final question...which was the written portion of the interview...was like the Kobayashi Maru. Set up to fail. It's nearly impossible to outline how to fix that company's workflow issues with great accuracy without taking the time to write it out fully, and it's nearly impossible to do that efficiently in 15 minutes. Which I have a strong hunch that they know that....which means that they are intentionally giving "Too short of a answer time"
