If you are considering using Yoycol,.... reconsider. For every one order they process quick..... your next 10 orders , will take 3 times as long to ship or just disappear all together. Other times, you'll get a notification, "shipping info created" ..... then nothing. No updates. No shipping. Your product(s) will never get delivered. And if you request help from customer service.... good luck getting an answer. You'll either get a generic, nonsensical response having zero to do with why you actually contacted them or, they'll play the blame game. “Our system glitched”. “It overheated”. “Government regulations”. “Floods”..... and on and on: Dancing around actually helping you with a resolution. I've heard it all from them. Once, A Yoycol rep passed the blame to the carrier (even though on my dashboard on the Yoycol site, it said, item was still in their possession).....In desperation, I even tried to contact the carrier, who... also NEVER responded. It got so bad last month, I contacted Yoycol to tell them to find my item or issue a refund because I was done with them and that I would be finding other vendors. Afterwhich a rep responded and stated, "Give Yoycol another chance, it would never happen again". ..... and BOOM, it's happening again RIGHT NOW. I've had to issue refunds. I've gotten bad feedback and reviews on platforms I sell. I can't even tell you how much money trusting Yoycol has cost me. Once they take your money, Yoycol does not appear to care If you have other options DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT use Yoycol.
