Worse Customer Service ever!
I received warm fresh prawns swimming in BLACK juice and minced meat that had zero condensation on the packaging. I sent a feedback, I received a reply the very next day. Run of the mill reply about how dedicated they are to freshness and service and 5 pointers on how they pack and how the delivery van packs and how they deliver to doorstep and... close the email with telling me to seek HELP desk for more FAQs! I asked for their rectification of my issue and they replied with 'collect and refund' of goods! I asked them who keeps rotting meat at home? Again robotic reply about their refund policy...blah blah blah... I finally asked this SEE YEW SHENG 'which of my 3 replies say I wanted a refund? OMG! Redmart, Shengshiong, Cold Storage, Prime ... Keep up The Good Work!
