Stop sending me marketing emails. I have unsubscribed every time I receive them. Then I receive more anyway. There are laws against sending spam to people. I have made it clear multiple times that I do not want to receive marketing emails, and you send them anyway because you're crooked retailers. Stop sending me emails or I am going to take legal action.
I ordered an item but it turned out I didn't need it. Within hours of making the order I emailed customer service and politely requested to cancel my order. Since I didn't receive my order for three weeks after that, I assumed they had canceled the order. Then one day I unexpectedly received an email telling me that my order shipped. After reminding them that I had asked them to cancel the order, they claimed they "accidentally" shipped my order after it sat in their warehouse for several weeks. Basically these folks didn't want to lose a sale and did what they felt like doing. Now, when they inevitably respond to this review saying that they have a 30 day return policy, just know that they *never* mentioned *anything* about returning the item in our email exchange. Instead of offering a refund, they suggested that I resell or give away the item. "Just thinking let's do it easy and save your time in the special COVID-19 period" is what they said. Does reselling an item you don't want sound easy to you? Greedy company with poor customer service. I'll never buy a product from K&F again.
