Avoid. You might get lucky and receive the order, but there is a big chance you will not. I ordered Snapmaker Original nearly 3 months ago from their European site, but never received the goods and it is very difficult to get money back - they try hard not to refund anything. They "sent" my order from China not even knowing where - firstly stating that it was sent to Germany (to their warehouse) and that it is at German customs, their "agents" and "logistic department confirming it", then correcting that (after my deleted bad review on their site) it is actually not in Germany but it is in Belgium waiting for customs inspection. Btw they are using the slowest planes in the world as supposedly it took 3 weeks for it to arrive in Europe. The only tracking number provided was from Germany, not from China. Same story - wait, next week for sure, then next week, next week. When you ask to deal with someone else they will ignore it and when you request money for goods that never arrived, their approval will take forever and maybe never. Then they cannot refund you because they need to wait for the parcel to be released from customs and it will be difficult to intercept the package because it is sent directly to me (contradicting their statement that it will go through their warehouse first) .The worst company you could deal with. Probably amazing product but really bad management.
