HORRIBLE AND SHOCKING EXPERIENCE
HORRIBLE AND SHOCKING EXPERIENCE. I will not buy from ntuc online anymore. I have horrible experience on Dec 3. Delivery guy came at 8 pm. I bought online 13 items. Ntuc only delivered 1 items. Balance 12 items never sent. Then I got this message from ntuc all items purchased already completed sent to my address. Omg. I'm really shocked and angry. I also heard some ppl said the customer service will not bother to help when they have the same experience. Horrible. 😭😭😭. Its eating money but groceries never came. Try to contact them last night, their office open on Mon 9am. How can ntuc only deliver 1 out of 13 items that I paid for???? Then said all items completely delivered.. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
