Red & Infrared Light Panel
I bought a portable "Red & Infrared Light Panel" and I am very happy with it. It has many uses, but I bought it specifically to help when my knees hurt after long hikes. I have been using it for a couple of weeks now and I really feel that it helps. I also use it on my hands and fingers.
