I've been using them for a long time. The process is simple: I follow all the rules (especially noting expiration dates), pack it carefully (with plastic bag in case of water damage), and ship it with USPS shipping label that they give me. They pay me the same day they get it. I have no complaints. Plus, they're nice people.
