Really disappointed received my order…
Really disappointed received my order and the bracelet has a knot in it . Was told to use a needle to get it out but it won’t budge so contacted them 3 times now to say I need to return this but still no reply . Not happy as this was a gift . Will definitely not be ordering from here again . Edit: I have emailed a few times . now this company ask me to send another one so they can sort it out . What happened to sorting it out the first time I contacted you.
