AMC Rosemont Theatre (Chicago)
Attended the Rosemont Theatre in Chicago. Staff utterly indifferent- meal ordered took over 35 mins to serve - and even then half the meal was decidedly cold. Supervisor was clueless as to understanding the Customer perspective.
