Cheerlending positive experience
Will P. and Marina C. were very helpful with a rather complex filing process. Their explanations of the loan and/ or status of the loan included all the details. They were always available to answer questions. Marina C. scheduled follow-up meetings so I was kept informed of the appraisal or loan status. She patiently worked to get an appraisal scheduled when it was difficult to do so because of high demand in my location. I always felt comfortable working with both of them and had a positive experience.
