I actually cannot exactly remember where and when I used Rail Ninja... Probably South Korea, is it? My name is Daniel Rottenberg. But I am almost sure it relates to two rail travels : Seoul to Suncheon and Suncheon to Jeonju, beginning of October. One piece of critics is that when enquiring about the Seoul to Suncheon trip, Rail Ninja only offered a very early and only option at 7 something am. Fortunately, we ourselves enquired at Seoul Central station only to be informed that a later and more convenient option started from another important train station only a couple of subway stops further. I think that when people ask for train trips from "Seoul", they should be informed of options departing from other stations than only Seoul Central.
