⚠️DONT BOOK AIRPAZ!⚠️ 🛑
You will get lured with low price gimmick but once you check out it adds ungodly amount of processing fee!
My flight got cancelled; I submitted refund request. The came up with a policy to click "approve request" link which means you agree to another layer of T&C that they created so they dont have to refund you cash or original form of payment. Idiocracy!
My mistake was booking with this stupid agency thinking it was an airasia web. I will tell all my friends/coworkers/ and anyone else on social media to not use this deceptive website.
Disputed with my credit card company. Watch out, Airpaz!!!!

Airpaz.com doesnt even deserve 1 Star! doNt Use Airpaz!
Airpaz.com doesnt even deserve a 1 star. For a company that's horribly been rated 1 star, it is still existing because there is no law regulating them.
They must be paying so much money to appear the 1st one in google search engine. I was looking for Airasia ticket and Airpaz is the 1st one to come up. Mistakenly booked my flights.
Airasia cancelled my flight. Im working on a refund with airpaz. Submitted my request, only to receive a response of click " approve my request"..... DO NOT!!!! For the love of GOD click the approve my request because it will mean you approve to receive an evoucher.
Such a deceptive OTA! What a shame! Taking advantage of people who merely want a good flight deal. Terms and conditions are written in vagueness that once you book with them, cant get your money back.
