Negative experence
My experience has been extremely negative. The pants advertised for heavy duty incontinace (able to hold 300ml liquid); when tested, started leaking after 75 ml liquid was slowly poured over the absorbshion area. The product is obviously defective and incorrectly advertised. Advertising and correspondence both stated that defective products would be refunded. When I requested a refund, I was told I needed to send the product back at my own cost. The shipping costs are almost equal to the very expesive cost of the products due to the exchange rate between South Africa and France. I do not feel it is my responsibility to pay for the return shipping costs of defective products which were incorrectly advertised. (Possibly the current manufacturers in China) have changed something in the absorbency capabilities of the product as there are many other positive reports. I'm just stating my negative experience.
