I normally order blackout curtains from Pottery Barn,,very high quality, but expensive. I was delighted when I came across K George sight and found pink velvet blackouts, similar to what I’d order at PB for only 50$, I ordered blackout curtains here. When the curtains arrived I had a chuckle to myself as falling for “the scam” as I pulled out cheap, flimsy curtains from the box, knowing that sometimes a cheaper deal is not the better deal. The curtains were not true blackout with the proper double layer panel, just a piece of cheap thin velvet the sun shine right through. Adding to the sketchiness of the situation K George does not allow returns, no exceptions, they will not do it. In this day and age of Amazon where access is easy to purchase, and easy to return it’s obviously disappointing to come across a company that will not allow returns. I do recommend shopping here unless your looking for cheap, ugly, product and customer service that makes you feel like you’re in the side alley of a hustler city street, buying a fake Rolex.
