I have bought 3 lights from beautifulhalo
I have bought 3 items now from beautifulhalo one which is just stunning and it arrived in good time even though we were in lockdown. The other 2 were a set of antler chandeliers one had a piece missing and one had a chip on one of the antlers. I contacted the support team via email and sent pictures of parcel and items and the support team jumped straight on to the issue and sent me out replacements. I am really happy with the way customer service has handled my issues and they have impressed me quite a lot.
