We ordered the cake for a friend…
We ordered the cake for a friend online. Just Bake called the friend and asked if they can change the cake as they don't have ordered one. Friend was kind enough to accept the replacement cake, but delivery person asked for extra Rs. 150 when they went to deliver the cake. Also there was a chocolate with the order, they did not deliver. When asked they sais to come and collect the chocolate. Please when you cannot provide service then don't accept orders and trouble your customers.
