Customer Service is Very Poor
Item was received but was too small so i asked them can i return and exchange and they agreed. I had to pay £16 for the returns at my local post office. The item arrived in China in a few days however this then got stuck in customs for 9 days. This was the sellers responsibility to contact customs to have my item released. After a few emails they eventually contacted customs and the item was delivered to them one month after i had returned. I was then told the item smelled and i wouldn't be getting an exchange unless i paid £15 (conveniently this is the cost of shipping. I have refused to pay as the item wasn't even tried on properly so for them to say its smells its ridiculous. Definitely just trying to get more money out of me. This has now been disputed with Paypal. AVOID THIS COMPANY !!!!!
