"Phemex processes all pending withdrawals three times a day, at 0:00, 08:00, and 16:00 UTC. " Say what?? At all other exchanges I use it's instant. A huge no-go This was my original review. Reading the response from Phemex, I understand why they do it like this and it actually makes a lot of sense. I even think the added safety is something I prefer. So I change from 1 star to 4. Thanks.
