I did not approve auto ship
I contacted Hush glow to stop autoship because they don't let the customers turn them off. Im still being charged and sent their foundation. I contacted them again and again. They have a higher volume of emails than usual. Hmm. For 3 months? They have caused my bank account to overdraft 2xs. Im on a fixed income and didn't plan for buying a container of foundation every month. They don't respond for weeks and until they turn off autoship its going to keep going on. I want my money back plus overdraft fees. I wouldn't have an overdraft if not for them. I will NEVER buy any products from Hush Glow again. The phone hours are very short too. Its experimental as the recording says. Are you serious? The site claimed I confirmed the order, i did NOT. I am trying to stop the shipments. DO NOT CHECK AUTOSHIP. MAKE SURE IT IS NOT ON. THEY WILL STILL PROBABLY SEND IT. I DON'T RECALL CHECKING AUTO ANYTHING BUT I SURE GOT IT. THIS IS ORDER #4 IN LESS THAN 3 MONTHS. DO NOT PURCHASE PRODUCT FROM THEM IF YOU DON'T WANT TO BUY IT FOREVER. NOT HAPPY. IF THEY CANT KEEP UP WITH THE EMAILS HIRE MORE PEOPLE OR CLOSE THE DOORS. I BET MORE PEOPLE ARE UNHAPPY WITH HUSH THAN ARE HAPPY! I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER PRODUCT. I SENT PICTURES OF THE PREVIOUS SHIPMENT UNOPENED TWICE AND NO RESPONSE. I HAVE 30 DAYS TO RETURN BUT I BELIEVE IM OVER IT NOW. I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO EAT IT BECAUSE THEY CANT DO THEIR JOB AND ACCEPT MY RETURN. THE SYSTEM IS DESIGNED TO KEEP YOU FROM RETURNING IT. YOU EMAIL FOR PERMISSION TO RETURN IT. WHEN THEY FINALLY RESPOND YOU THEN HAVE TO SEND PICS TO PROVE ITS UNOPENED. WAIT A FEW DAYS AFTER SENDING PICS FOR THE ABILITY TO RETURN IT. THEN BECAUSE ITS OVER 30 DAYS YOU SENT PRODUCT BACK AND THEY REFUSE TO REFUND YOUR MONEY SINCE ITS OVER 30 DAYS. I HAVE NEVER SEEN SUCH A RACKET. IM ALREADY STUCK WITH 2 UNOPENED BOXES AND HAVE A THIRD COMING. AND ANOTHER 100 IN EXTRA FEES THEY CAUSED I HAVE TO LOSE AND ITS NOT MY FAULT. IM DONE BUYING ANYTHING ONLINE.
