Misleading information on their site... 1) "Embedding on website" - if you use their embed feature, the URL will show as THEIR domain on mobile devices. This is despite having purchased a custom domain package. Support essentially says afterward that this is just the way it is... Half of our users use mobile, so this removes any benefit of using a custom domain package. 2) Regarding "custom domains". You have to purchase an SSL certificate SEPARATELY with your website host, with mine this is an additional $300 USD. If you do not do this, then your URL won't show as secure (https). This means it will be blocked on certain platforms, such as if you have linkin.bio page (social media link page). SEO also does not like unencrypted content, and same with data privacy laws in MANY countries. I reached out to a competitor and they offer FREE integration Let's Encrypt (a platform that can automatically issue SSL certificates). Very disappointing since I bought the annual Platinum package based on their claims...which turned out to be stretches of the truth. I'll be moving my business..
