Don't trust Jatpac eSim
My experience with Jetpac eSim was terrible. Although I am supposed to have two $5 coupons for having referred them to other customers, those coupons were nowhere to be found upon checkout when I purchased my latest eSim. I received notification that my flight from the UK to Canada was delayed 5 hours, so I attempted to take advantage of their "free perks", namely the smart delay feature, which should have given me access to the business class lounges at Heathrow airport. They ended up sending me a voucher that was valid starting 12 hours prior to my original flight time, and expiring a few minutes after the original departure time of my 5 hour delayed flight, so it was completely useless to me, as I was arriving at the airport 2 hours after it expired, due to the delay. I attempted to contact Jetpac via Whatsapp, and they continually delayed any response, and insisted that their backend team was looking into my concern that their lounge pass was of no use to me. They at one point pointed suggested that if I wanted lounge access I should just pay for it. By the time they got back to me again to say they were looking into it, I had landed at my destination. Interestingly, neither my useless lounge access pass nor my two $5 coupons appear in my Jetpac app anymore. Do not trust this company, as they are not sincere in their efforts to help you, and will simply put you off until your need for assistance is no longer relevant, and these $5 coupons you earn for referring other customers do not come up when you go to checkout on a new purchase. Very disappointing.
