Excellent product, but customer service needs improvement
The mumba case itself is great! Provides great protection for the Switch. Also fits the mumba Blade bumper case it have too. As for the ordering and communication process from Mumba’s site - not so great. It’s very difficult to contact customer service and receive timely updates. I had to wait several days for an order question regarding when my order would ship to me. After there was a shipping issue and seeing I was given the wrong tracking number, it took a few days to get any response from mumba via the chat option on their website.
