Driver waited 15 minutes total, before ditching my wife
I reserved Elife Limo for a pickup from SFO for my wife. Her flight was delayed and arrived 2 hours late, shortly before 10pm. The driver told her he would wait 15 minutes from the landing time! Can anyone make it from the plane to the driver in 15 minutes? Keep in mind, this was an international flight. The driver then told my wife to call an Uber instead. I called the company that night, and they said there's nothing they can do. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. I WILL NEVER EVER BOOK WITH THEM AGAIN.
