I've been a Name.com customer for ages. Have possibly ran close to 50 domains or more with them and have recommended others who I'm sure have purchased dozens. There's never been a case over the years in which customer support wasn't top notch. They're always there to help out with any questions, regardless how big or small the ask is. Can't recommend them enough.
I've been a customer since the very beginning when Quo launched under the OpenPhone brand. I loved the product then and still love it today. One thing that has always been true about Quo is their ability to constantly improve their offering and introduce new features that are super helpful to my business. Also, today I needed something from them and their tech support was quick to resolve the issue, which made me feel understood and appreciated. I felt compelled to write this review in hopes that more companies go above and beyond to help their customers like Quo does. Highly recommend them as a product, as people, and company.
