First Time very bad experience
Trip.com sold my wife and me a 2-leg ticket from London to Jeddah with two separate PNR for Wizz Air and easyJet airline). Now that a schedule change has broken the connection, Trip.com is refusing to honor their Connection Guarantee. They are trying to force a refund on us so they don't have to pay to rebook us on a valid route. As a Gold Member, this is a complete scam. I bought a package in good faith 3 months ago. I demand that Trip.com's escalations team honors their guarantee and rebooks us immediately!
