Do not use Cinch home services
first, I had to pay $100 so Cinch can start the process of sending someone to "evaluate" the problem with the appliance. second, It takes a couple hours for someone to call and make an appointment to come to my house of which, depending on contractor, it can take several days before they come to my house third, If the contractor, for instance in my case with my water heater, decides that the water heater needs to be flushed to determine if the water heater is truly not working properly, Cinch will not pay for that maintenance flush. and lastly, I'm paying a monthly rate and a claim fee of $100 so Cinch can use the maintenance flush to not pay to replace the water heater. All in a nut shell, I had to replace the water heater anyway. DO NOT USE CINCH HOME SERVICES
