No customer service
Placed an order on their website and needed to cancel. So I sent them an email right afterwards. No response at all and they sent the product anyway. Don’t recommend ordering directly from them as the customer service team is non existent. Cool products, but as you can see from the other reviews they suck. Just order from Amazon everyone. Save yourself the headache
