⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 – Laura Oxford Laura O. was absolutely amazing throughout the First Aid course in Ipswich. She made the whole experience genuinely enjoyable and was funny, friendly and engaging, while still knowing exactly when to be serious and make sure the important information really sank in. Everything was explained thoroughly and clearly, and I came away feeling much more confident in my First Aid knowledge and abilities. Laura O. created a really comfortable environment where you could ask questions, get involved and actually enjoy learning, rather than it ever feeling like you were just sitting through a training course. It was genuinely an amazing experience from start to finish, and Laura O. is a massive credit to St John Ambulance. I couldn't recommend her highly enough. An easy 5 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
