Do not buy this product. I paid for the unlimited transfer. I didn't want to deal with moving files manually from my college account to my personal account. In the end, a bunch of files failed. To start with, the interface is so badly designed, that I can't even read why they fail, or even worse, read the full path and name file of the files that fail! I contacted the technical support and they give me some cryptic reasons why these files fail: "MultCloud as a third-party tool can not export/transfer MIME google documents over 10MB. Please download them manually from Google Drive/Workspace then upload to other clouds." This renders the service useless. I feel scammed, I would have never paid for this service if I would know it is not able to do the job. Now I'm stuck with this useless unlimited plan and I have to move my files manually. For the files shared with me in google drive, the result is even worse but I do not dare to contact the support because I can imagine their answer: "Sorry, you have to move them manually". If you plan to move between google drives, DO NOT PAY FOR THIS SERVICE!
