I ordered a telescope for my son on…
I ordered a telescope for my son on December 4th...for Xmas....had no idea product was being shipped from China....assumed UK. Product was supposed to be here around Dec. 20th. Emailed customer service who only reply once a day....was told to be patient and offered a 10% discount....it won't be here for Xmas....something feels very not right about this operation...have asked for a refund. Will update on how that goes!!
