Complete fraud website selling used keys that require telephone activation. Prior to purchase I asked twice if activation was online and they said yes both times. Complete lie and now they say sorry no refund, this even when they have the chat script showing the agent said online activation.
Stayed here 17th-18th of feb, due to leave London on the 18th but because of the high winds, all trains cancelled. So booked another night’s stay for the 18th - 19th on booking.com but for some reason it selected March not feb. Not checking I confirmed the booking and got the taxi back to the hotel only to find stupid me booked the wrong month. No issue i was told, we will book you in tonight for the same rate, just email our reservation dept to cancel the incorrect March date... Booking.com has emailed twice, still no response from the Hotel to them, I have now emailed them six times and still no response. Tried speaking today, got transferred but then stated voicemail is disabled, goodbye!!!!
