Furthermore, the shipping fee of this order needs to be deducted because it was paid to the courier company when the order was sent to you. Then we will give you an 80% refund of the rest, which is £60.04 Please notice we still charge the shipping fee and rush fee(if there is one) under this circumstance even if your order is free shipping order. According to the feedback of our customers, the shipping back fee is so high. Usually, more than £25-£30 for one dress. In case to ensure the interest of the customers, and reduce the loss, if you want to keep it, we also come up with a 20% compensation policy, which is£15.01.You could take this fee to get altered or buy a new dress. if you want to buy a new dress, we could apply for a discount for you.
