An item was missing from the order I received. I reached out to support@bellezeke 4 times and no one has responded. Had to file a complaint and dispute with PayPal. Furthermore, the address on the website is Milan, Italy. The charge on my PayPal account went to YuanYuan. I am very suspicious that these clothes are not made in Italy. UPDATE: Information in Bellezeke’s Trust Pilot response is not accurate. I provided all documentation including a copy of the order with order number clearly visible. Meanwhile, Bellezeke has tried to challenge my review here several times. Each time I have responded to Trust Pilot with documentation substantiating my review. PayPal was able to get a partial refund for me which I settled on because I didn’t not want to continue giving this scam my time over shipping charges. I will never again do business with Bellezeke.
