Phenomenal customer service
Something went wrong with my order and when I called to get tit resolved the customer service I received was exceptional. Unfortunately, we were unable to resolve the issue but the effort and attitude from their staff was superior customer service, especially in today’s day and age. I will only buy from Northerner now as a result.
