No customer service
The customer service chat through the app has not been working for the 2 days I have tried to reach someone. I’ve sent 2 emails and neither has received a response. It seems there is no customer service - when it’s advertised as being 24/7. I tried to reach the airline directly with my booking number and it’s not recognized. I haven’t even started my travel yet and am anxious about what may happen.
