I was very pleased that CUstomerService rep Sue replaced the original pet grooming kit I received. It happens once in a while that you receive an item that doesn't fully function as it should. Sue sent me another kit which appears to be great. I haven't tried them on my own doodle as his hair is too short at the moment but they seem fine. Thank you. Cheryl
