Read the small print and avoid it. Let my mistake be a lesson for others.
I won't bore you with a long story. I bought 1 pair of contacts and they arrived with the package open. (The seal broke and it wasn't ripped) Sadly the lenses were missing but the cheap plastic holder was still in it. So my opinion was that it wasn't stolen but just opened mid delivery. I contacted the support team. They explained I didn't purchase the insurance delivery (extra charge on top of the already expensive delivery default charge) And all they can offer is 50% *store*:credit valued at half of the lenses. Or sending the lenses again but I would pay 50% of the lenses + delivery again. Honestly, this feels such a scam company as it's their fault for using bad packaging... And then refuse to give you your money back...
