Twice bitten
Twice bitten. Two times I've ordered flowers via FTD, they have arrived late. Days after the "special" occasion. They don't honor the delivery date you choose. The only canned response is they've already been shipped. So, once again I'll be dusting the charge due to their deceptive business practices. I placed the orders in advance, chose the date of delivery. Their logistical and supply chain fail to meet the commitment. Totally unacceptable.
