Disappointed and inconvinienced
My flight landed on time at 09:05. The link provided kept saying 'driver on the way' so I waited patiently on the pick up zone. After having waited for almost an hour I called and they claimed that the driver waited holding a board with my name on, of which was untrue. I did not receive any call or missed call from them and yet they claimed having tried to contact me. I had to eventually organize another transport to pick me take me to my destination. A few minutes after 10 I checked the status on their link and it claimed to having successfully dropped me off at 09:57 whereas I was still on route to my destination using another transport. DUR Rico's cab and shuttle services gave a sour note right at the beginning of my vacation. I am very disappointed with the offered service which did not take place.
