I placed an order mid December not expecting it to arrive in time for Christmas. I received an email with a Royal Mail tracking number which didn’t seem to work, stating ‘tracking is unavailable’. At this point I checked reviews and became concerned that I may have fallen victim to a scam. I emailed the company on 23rd of December not really expecting a reply. I received a response on 27th December (actually a Bank Holiday due to where Christmas fell) saying my shirt was with Royal Mail. The shirt arrived on 29th December. So only actually took about 3 weeks which I don’t think is bad at the busiest time of year. The shirt is excellent quality and my husband is delighted with it. I will happily Oder from Footy Classics again, their email response was prompt and professional, the shirt was dispatched quickly, the delay seemed to be with Royal Mail, and the product is great - what more could you want.
