Very disappointed with my experience. I purchased an Aqua Marina Paddle Board and only discovered after shipment that I was expected to pay additional customs charges. This was not clearly communicated during the ordering process or in the shipping information. What is even more frustrating is the lack of customer support. There is no email address or phone number available to contact the company. The only "Contact Us" option on the website has been showing an error for the past three days, preventing me from sending a message or getting any assistance. Customers should be clearly informed of any additional charges before purchasing, and there should be a reliable way to contact the company when issues arise. Unfortunately, neither was the case here.
