This company is a scam
This company is a scam! As other people have said then send you a poor quality wig and refuse to accept returns after prolonging email exchanges. I ordered 300% density 24" body wave 13 x 6 wig. What arrived was 12" 200% density. I emailed them within 30-60 minutes of the item being delivered with a picture advising them I'd like to return the unit. They responded telling me that they checked with the factory workers and I'd been sent the right item. I refuted this and directed them back to the picture comparison, they told me the hair in the picture had been professionally styled. So I sent them a YouTube video of their 24" hair which was longer than bra strap length and they offered a $20 partial refund with $80 off a future purchase. Would would I ever future purchase???? The hair arrived on the 26th February 2025, I emailed them within 60 minutes of the hair arriving. It is now the 2nd March and I am yet to receive instructions for return and my refund. Do not order from them!!!
