Updating my review because Manish was very thorough with his follow up. He emailed me with the confirmation and followed up to make sure I had received the email. So now I have a UPS tracking number so I can get updates on where my son's package is. Very impressed with how prompt Manish responded, especially since I was not expecting one. Amazing customer service 😊 I have not received an email update about my purchase. I have no idea if it's been shipped or if it didn't process. An email to submit a review is my first contact. It's hard to review a product that I haven't received or even know if I will be receiving. Any update will be helpful
